1. Storage of personal data in the files owned by BCN CLINICAL RESEARCH CONSULTANT, S.L.U.

In accordance with the provisions of Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter "LOPD"), we hereby notify you that all personal data provided by the User via the website under the domain www.freelancecraspain.com and its subdomains (hereinafter the "Website") shall be stored and processed in files owned by BCN CLINICAL RESEARCH CONSULTANT, S.L.U. (hereinafter, "BCN CONSULTANT") for the following purposes: to provide the services requested by the User and to keep the User informed, including by electronic means, on the products and services of BCN CONSULTANT, which, likewise, may send the User information on the products and services of third parties exclusively belonging to the pharmaceutical and research and clinical analysis fields. 2. Exercise of rights

The User may exercise his or her rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition granted by LOPD by writing to BCN CLINICAL RESEARCH CONSULTANT, S.L.U., Avenida Diagonal, No. 114, ESC 2, 3º B, CP 08019, Barcelona, Spain, or by e-mail to lopd@bcnconsultant.com. In both cases, the User must attach a copy of his or her National identity card, passport or other valid identification document.

3. Security

The User's personal data will be processed by BCN CONSULTANT under the strictest confidentiality, adhering to the relevant technical and organizational security measures set forth in Spanish Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approves the Regulations implementing Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection.

4. Prohibition to minors

All minors under the age of 14 must obtain consent from a parent or guardian before providing their personal data to BCN CONSULTANT. If you are a minor under the age of 14, please ask your parent or guardian to contact us before entering your personal data.

5. Third-party data

Before providing the Website with personal data relating to third parties, the User must obtain their prior express consent, having informed them of the terms contained in this Privacy Policy. The User undertakes to hold BCN CONSULTANT harmless from any possible claim, penalty, fine or punishment that may result from the User’s breach of the obligation described in this paragraph.
